Death number Mortality

The number of deaths due to childhood cancer has been decreased for these three decades. The mortality in the late 1970s was approximately 5 per 100,000 children, while the mortality in 2005 decreased to approximately 2 per 100,000 children. Thus the risk of death by childhood cancer is improved.
